Membership in the 1976 Foundation is open to any individual who either attended Excelsior High School or taught at Excelsior High School in Jamaica.
There are two levels of membership:
Annual Member - Application fee of US$50.00, renewed on each anniversary of initial membership
Lifetime Member - Application fee of US$500.00, renewed on the 10th anniversary of initial membership
